These cysts are, by addressing only part of the ovary is affected. You should not have much impact on future fertility. Dermoid cysts usually in women twenty to forty years.

Dermoid or mature teratoma is a type of benign tumor of the ovary. Dermoid cysts are common, representing around one third of all benign tumors of the ovaries. They are often found in young women.
